What the service is
Pixtru measures advertisements you have bought and reconciles them against your ad server records. We report, for every impression your demand-side platform billed, the stage it reached and the single reason it went no further.
What we commit to
- The totals reconcile. Every impression your DSP billed appears exactly once in our reports. The parts sum back to the whole, and that is verified on every processing run.
- We label uncertainty. Every figure states whether it is preliminary or final, and matches made on weaker evidence are reported as such rather than merged into stronger ones.
- We do not invent data. An impression we could not measure is reported as unmeasured. We will not fill a gap with a model and present it as an observation.
- Corrections are visible. If we restate a number we will tell you what changed and why.
What we do not promise
- That every impression can be measured. Some placements are not measurable from inside a browser. We will tell you which, and why, rather than estimating around it.
- That our numbers will match another vendor's. They measure different events by different methods. We will show our working; we will not adjust our figures to agree with someone else's.
- Uninterrupted availability of the dashboard. Reporting may be briefly unavailable. Collection is designed to continue through it, and data is not lost when a report is.
Who owns what
Your data remains yours. Measurements taken for your campaigns belong to you. You may export them at any time through the API, in full and at row level, for as long as your account is open.
We do not sell your data, do not share it with other customers, and do not use it to build a cross-customer product. Aggregate operational statistics — total request volume, error rates — are ours and contain nothing that identifies a customer or a campaign.
Access and security
Access is scoped to your organisation and derived from your credential on every request; it is never taken from the request itself. Every read is logged, including reads made by our own staff. API keys are shown once, stored only as a hash, and revocation takes effect on the next request.
Our staff may access your account to investigate a problem. That access is time limited, requires a stated reason, is read only, and is recorded against the individual who performed it rather than against your organisation.
Acceptable use
- Do not place the tag on inventory you have not bought or do not control.
- Do not attempt to submit measurements for impressions that did not occur.
- Do not use the service to evade another party's verification, or to represent our figures as theirs.
- Do not share API keys outside your organisation. Issue one per system instead; they are free.
Ending it
You may close your account at any time. Remove the tag and tell us, and we will stop collecting. Export whatever you want first; on request we delete your reconciled data, and raw measurement data ages out on the schedule in theprivacy policy regardless.
We may end an agreement for non-payment or for a breach of acceptable use, with notice and with time to export, except where continuing would be unlawful.
Liability
We provide measurement and reconciliation. Decisions you take on the strength of it — which inventory to buy, which partner to challenge, which invoice to dispute — remain yours. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us for the period in question.
If we get a number wrong, tell us. We will investigate, show you what happened, and correct it. That is a commitment about conduct, not a warranty about outcomes.
